Cartridge Not Registering
This is indicated when the Medipen:
- Displays an orange Status LED
- Displays a pulsing Cartridge symbol
- Emits a double tone
This could be caused by the following reasons:
- No cartridge is detected (inserted incorrectly)
- Needle Cartridge Error due to invalid Cartridge
Possible solutions:
- Remove and refit Needle Cartridge to ensure it is installed correctly.
- Replace Needle Cartridge with a new one
If none of these solutions work, please contact support by raising a ticket.
