Force Syncing the Neopen

In certain cases, it may be required for you to conduct a forced sync of your device.

If you have been requested to 'Force Sync' your Neopen to your phone/tablet running the Neopen app by the Support Team, please follow these steps.

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is switched ON for your device
  2. Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled for the Neopen app
  3. Open the Neopen app
  4. Login using your correct email and password credentials, this should open the app on the products page which lists all the pens registered to that account.
     



  5. Select the Neopen you wish to update. This should open a screen showing the Pen's details with a button to Connect and Sync. 



  6. Place Pen into pairing mode by pressing and holding both the Increase Depth (+) and Increase Speed (+) buttons for 5 seconds





  7. When the Pen is in Force Sync Mode, Select the Connect and Sync button


  8.  Wait for the Neopen app to tell you that synchronisation is complete and for the pen to be in the ready state.
